STRAWBERRY-BANANA, NO CHURN ICE CREAM

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Time to indulge a little! This recipe is super easy and absolutely delicious! I love that I can control exactly what’s in my food, and I don’t have to worry about ingredients that I can’t pronounce.

Materials

  • Food Processor
  • Mixer
  • Spatula
  • Bowl
  • Loaf Pan or Glass Container

Ingredients

  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Frozen Bananas
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 Can of Condensed Milk
  • 2 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt

Process

  • Place your loaf pan into the freezer to chill
  • Place frozen bananas and strawberries in food processor and pulse until crumbled
  • Add Condensed Milk, Vanilla and Salt
  • Pulsate again until creamy, and leave in there
  • In your bowl, add your heavy cream
  • Use your mixer to thicken the cream until you have soft peaks
  • Fold your Strawberry-Banana mix into your thickened cream
  • Pour your “batter” into your chilled loaf pan and freeze for 3 hours

If you would like to add texture to your ice cream, you can add shredded coconut or crushed pretzels 30 minutes after it has been in the freezer![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
